Using a 10-Q? Revenue, Net Income, and EPS will be for that quarter (or six months), not the full year — P/E and margins calculated from them won't be directly comparable to annual figures. Balance sheet items (Equity, Debt, Current/Assets/Liabilities) aren't affected since those are a point-in-time snapshot either way. For the most straightforward scorecard, a 10-K is recommended.
